Here’s How and When to Use it.
Mass Muscle Gainer™: As a dietary supplement, mix 4 scoops (1 serving) of Mass Muscle Gainer™ with 27 oz of water or milk, depending on your desired consistency. For best results, consume one full serving of Mass Muscle Gainer™ immediately following an intense workout. On non-workout days, we recommend consuming 2 scoops (half a serving) in the morning, and another 2 scoops in the evening, preferably between meals. Mix each half serving with 13 oz of water or milk.
MyoBlend™: As a dietary supplement, add one scoop (1 serving) of MyoBlend™ to 8-12 oz of cold water or low-fat milk. Stir, shake, or blend for 20 seconds or until the powder is completely dissolved. Enjoy! For best results, use one scoop in the morning, one scoop post-workout, and one scoop before going to bed.
True Recovery™: As a dietary supplement and part of the Elite Stack, mix one level scoop with 10 ounces of cold water or your favorite beverage and consume during or after exercise.
