Here’s How and When to Use it.
Pre-Cuts™: Pre-Cuts™ is a powerful product. So as a dietary supplement, start with ½ a scoop for the first 3-5 days to assess your tolerance. Then, after you’ve assessed your tolerance, you can use 1 full scoop if you feel it is right for you. DO NOT EXCEED ONE SCOOP in a 24 hour period. As part of the Lean Stack, consumed on an empty stomach 30 minutes before training.
True Recovery™: As a dietary supplement and part of the Lean Stack, mix one level scoop with 10 ounces of cold water or your favorite beverage and consume during or after exercise.
100% IsoBlend™: Add one scoop of 100% IsoBlend to 6-8 oz of cold water, milk, or your favorite beverage. Then stir with a spoon for 20 seconds or until the powder is completely dissolved. For richer flavoring and a more full-bodied consistency, mix each scoop with 4-6 oz of water, milk or your favorite beverage. For a smoother, more mild tasting protein shake, use 8-10 oz of liquid per scoop.
